ja’kala barber, b.A. | research assistant
Ja’Kala graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Film in 2021. As an undergraduate, Ja’Kala worked as a Research Assistant in the Developmental Social Neuroscience Lab at UNC under Dr. Eva Telzer. Her main research interests revolve around the development of children and adolescents, primarily their cognitive and educational development. She is interested in pursuing a graduate degree in School Psychology.
