Emily graduated with a B.S. from Tufts University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and second major in Child Study & Human Development. As an undergraduate, Emily was a research assistant in the DevTech Research Group studying approaches to teaching coding and computational thinking to young children. She has also worked as a software engineering entern creating educational technology for kids, and as a teacher in various schools, camps, and museums. Her main research interests are in supporting children's learning and social-emotional development.
